Personal Care
Our personal care services support you to manage your daily personal hygiene routines, at home. We can support with bathing and showering, washing your hair, shaving, oral hygiene and denture care all the way through to support with continence management, catheters and stomas, skin care and laundry/ bed changing.
We understand everyone is different, and that you may have personal care needs beyond this. Liloom Home Care Limited will work with you to tailor the care and support to meet your needs.

Medication Management
Medicines can easily become overwhelming and difficult to manage, from opening those pesky little bottles to not knowing which ones you need to take and when. Our fully trained care team can support with medication management on a daily basis. From a gentle reminder to make sure you've taken them, through to administering medicines and applying creams and ointments in those hard to reach areas, our carers will help you to manage your health and wellbeing, so you can live your best life.
Nutrition & Hydration Support
Nutrition and hydration are essential aspects of maintaining good health and wellbeing, preventing illness and aiding recovery. Eating a well balanced diet that meets your individual needs is important and we can support you to achieve this, whether we are preparing meals for you to enjoy or supporting you to get back in the kitchen safely.
Our staff are trained to manage special dietary requirements, fortified diets and hydration support for those with dysphagia.
Community Access and Companionship
In a post Covid-19 world, loneliness and isolation is effecting more and more people than ever, particularly for those who can not get out and about so easily, or suffer increased anxiety going out. From accessing medical appointments and shopping to attending social events, our carers can pick you up, escort you, and get you safely home and settled with a cuppa.
Companionship is vital, even if you choose not to go out, and our carers will happily support you at home. Where ever we can, we always try to match our clients and carers with common interests. Baking a cake, walking around the garden, looking through old photos or just having a chat, we are sure you'll build some great relationships along the way.
