The role of Community Care Assistant involves providing personal care and companionship to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Community care assistants are responsible for assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, cleaning, and medication administration. They may also provide transportation and meal preparation services. Carers should be compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who have a genuine desire to help others. They must also have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to follow instructions and safety protocols. Additionally, carers must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and demonstrating effective problem solving, with dedication and commitment.

Due to the nature of our work, all applicants will undergo ID, DBS and reference checks prior to confirmation of employment.

Supporting people in their own homes, many of whom live in rural, village locations, requires the applicant to hold a valid driving license and have access to their own reliable vehicle. Evidence of MOT and business insurance will be required. Non drivers need not apply.
