With 10 years experience working in care, both residential and home care, across both care delivery and management roles, Victoria is passionate about providing care which fully encompasses the individual needs of our service users.

Having completed her NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People in June 2020, Victoria has embraced the opportunity to build a service which makes a real difference to peoples' lives.
